“Since confirming my order they've gone silent. I've emailed, phoned, contacted on the website and used the live chat...no responses. It's been over two months. I'm not sure they're a real company. Best avoided. I will need to go through my credit card company for the refund.”

“I have been waiting 9 days for news that my order has been shipped. Nothing. All attempts to contact them are ignored. Hopeless service and it’s difficult to believe that they have “technical difficulties “ with their phones and email all this while. I will never use this firm again.”

“Surprised to read negative comments, I can vouch that I was tempted both by the competitive pricing and scope of products from this company; very impressive! I sought advice on certain issues and called on the customer helpline and after 2-3 attempts spoke to Adam who apart from being very knowledgeable was really most obliging, a real pleasure to do business with. I have no hesitation to return for future purchases as my personal experience has been a good one. The products advertised are very competitively priced and good quality too along with free and fast delivery. What’s not to like! Thank you Adam - Unbeatable Bathrooms!”

“Adam truly went the extra mile to fulfill our order as we were on a time limit with the bathroom fitter. When visiting the showroom, Adam walked me through various options and kindly provided some brochures for us to look through so we could pick what we wanted at home and then ordered.
