“Ordered a Grohe Euphoria 260 shower from the company and it was delivered within 2 days. Well packaged and although it isn’t fitted yet I’m sure it will look great. Outstanding service so far and can’t fault them. Highly recommend this company and a very competitive price. 👍👍”

“We ordered a shower tray \ base - after a week, I rang them to ask for an update, I eventually got through to Adam, he couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then! THANK YOU ADAM! For us, personally the customer service was 5 Star and we really appreciate the quick refund - Kind Regards - Olivia.”

“We ordered an Ideal Standard bathroom sink (to replace a damaged one) and had it delivered today, all in good order. It was very helpful to be able to track the driver - and therefore the approximate delivery time - and we're pleased to have it, purchased at a fair price. But...it hasn't been a smooth end to end process. We had to change the original delivery date to ensure we would be in and verbally agreed Monday this week. No sink, phone call/s to see what had happened, apparently they only deliver to our area on Tues and Thurs. So it will be Tuesday then. Yes. Well, actually no and the first we knew it would be today was the early text and email to say it was coming. OK these things happen, but what was disappointing for us was that I left three phone messages asking for someone to get back to me and tell me what was happening: no response. I also made several unanswered calls to the contact number during office hours. So, we are relieved to have our order, but cannot rate Unbeateable Bathrooms higher than 3.”

“Unfortunately having ordered, I was contacted 2 weeks later to be told what I had ordered was actually out of stock and had been erroneously showing as in stock on the website, however more stock was coming if I could wait a couple of weeks. After three and a half weeks I finally contacted via phone and had to leave a voicemail asking for the order to be cancelled. 2 hours later I was sent a dispatch note. I have now received a request to review the order - which never arrived. Beyond disappointed and unfortunately an all around negative experience. I am £200 lighter, online tracking interface shows the order still being prepared and now I have been asked to review for a product I haven’t received. Cannot recommend.”

“I placed an order, which didn't arrive. I rang to find out what the delay was, to be told they no longer stock the item so I wouldn't get it, but they'd process a refund. One week later I have no item and no refund, and nobody ever answers the telephone. Good luck using this company, terrible in my opinion.”

“What a joke of a company! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to voicemails and don’t respond to email. This company is so hard to get hold off once they have you money and now I don’t know what else to do. All I want is to get an update on my order that iv had no communication about! Do not order from these”

“Absolutely shocking customer care! I ordered a shower arm, which took over 2 weeks to arrive. The fitting was not strong enough, so I immediately sent an email asking to return it. 5 emails, constant instant messages and at least 12 phone calls (non of which were picked up or replied to) over 10 days and I just sent it back. This was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything..! I now have no arm and no refund. AVOID!”

“Poor customer service. Ordered expensive product 8 days ago not had any delivery correspondence. Have emailed twice no response, rang left voicemail and been on the chat on website! No response! Feel like I’ve been scammed! Upset because this is a lot of money and their website stated 3-5 working days, I should had my product yesterday! It’s not even been acknowledged when track it!!!”

“Supply issues got in the way of me getting my order but we got there in the end! It was frustrating at times but I had a couple of phone calls explaining the delay & stuck with it. I could see the product I wanted was not in stock anywhere, Adam from Unbeatable was true to his word & my goods arrived.”
