“Everything was fine througout the application and submission. But my little was with the collection of the passport. I spent 2hours 30min before i got it. So please something can be done about it for us so that the waiting time will be minimize thank you.”

“That would be great if I had more information regarding the scope of services, e.g. quotes and allowances in advance. It was not clear for me whether the agency was able to help with arranging and paying for English skills test and Tuberculosis test.
