“I would like to commend Samira who helped me with my visa renewal process. She was extremely helpful and gracious throughout the entire process. During the e-visa setup, we encountered an issue where the application had trouble being processed. She remained calm and professional and reassured me on what the next steps I should take. Thankfully the second time we tried the application, it worked which was great! Samira's attitude during the entire was also very positive and reassuring and she answered any questions I had without hestitation. Extremely pleased with the service she provided and I can't recommend her enough!”
