Overall, the service that I experienced is excellent and client-centered. I appreciate my Legal Assistant's prompt responses, and his diligence in ensuring that I understood each step of the application process. Except for weekends and out of work hours, he replied my emails in less than an hour; his emails were the first I saw on Monday mornings every time I made a query during the weekend. “With your help it wasn’t a stressful and awful experience everyone told me it would be, in fact I didn’t feel stressed at all, Isabelle took care of all of the documents, kept me updated all of the time and was very kind and patient. “I would like to commend Samira who helped me with my visa renewal process. She was extremely helpful and gracious throughout the entire process. During the e-visa setup, we encountered an issue where the application had trouble being processed. She remained calm and professional and reassured me on what the next steps I should take. Thankfully the second time we tried the application, it worked which was great! Samira's attitude during the entire was also very positive and reassuring and she answered any questions I had without hestitation. Extremely pleased with the service she provided and I can't recommend her enough!”
