Took my money not recieved segway and now wont refund my money been promised a refund 3 times still waiting and dont reply to emails or messages fraud now dealing with it BEWARE SCAMMERS 😡😡

Ordered board for my son's birthday back in August. Sent a faulty board. Replaced by yet another faulty board. Despite numerous calls and emails I'm still waiting for my sons present. Requests for a manager to call me have been refused for last couple of weeks. Disgusting company! Avoid at all costs. In the hands of the police and trading standards now as left with no choice.

Was a bit worried after reading the reviews after I placed my order! I ordered a Black Carbon Segboard on 25th October express delivery. Was told that they were awaiting stock. When I messaged them online to check progress I was always kept up to date. They were very apologetic. I advised yesterday on the live chat that my order would not be available for dispatch until 13th November. They offered me a different colour which was dispatched that same day and I received it today. I am very happy! Thankyou UK Segboards. You have me your word and stuck to it. I will have one happy girl on Christmas Day. Thanks again.

ordered 2 segways got told a delivery day toke the time off work never arrived rang up got told anither delivery day toke time off work still never turned up i rang strait up fi ally they bith arrived with no apologise from there staff only to find one had mud all over the tyres dented wheels and plastic ripped from around screws so obv had been reconditioned rang strsit back and got told to send it back wotch i did they still havent said sorry at this point i got assured a replacement would be with me by friday and low and behold i toke the time of work ant it hasnt arrived i have lost more mobey in lost shifts than the boards cost avoide at all costs

The worst experience ever eventually got order through board was broken returned it was promised replacement this never happened now after spending 30 plus pounds on calls have had to report to my credit card company to get money back do NOT go anywhere near this company sorry I even had to give it a one in ratings.

Placed order have been given at least 4 different delivery dates now I’ve asked for a refund but a week on I doubt I am going to see the money again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID AVIOD AVIOD Seriously save your money! These scumbags are disgusting! Ordered a board and paid £200 for the board and then £9.99 for express delivery. This was on the 16/10/17 it’s now the 31/10/17 and still no board. I have emailed countless times and was given a new delivery date 3 times, told i would be refunded the express delivery charge, still no refund! Please save your money and go somewhere else. Will be reporting them to every authority I can.

Warning....do not buy from these crooks, no segboard, no refund.4 false delivery dates and lots of lies. Scumbags need to be caught and jailed. Have reported them to trading standards and bank.Next step, police.So angry, have never had any issues with other online companies.

Do NOT buy!! Rip off company goods never arrive and been waiting for refund for 3 weeks since they ruined my daughters birthday!!! Luckily I can afford to take them to court and slap them with the fees!!

I've only given it a star because it wouldn't let me write a review otherwise. Where do I start, bought from this company over a month ago, took my money instantly and paid for express delivery £210.00 in total. I've been promised 3 delivery dates as to which my husband and myself have had to take days off work for, but surprise surprise they didn't show. After numerous emails and phone calls they are now telling me expect delivery next Monday. This company is fraud through and through, we've had to contact our credit card company to report them and also contacted trading standards. I honestly wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I am hoping my credit card company can get my money back for me. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TJIS COMPANY

I was obliged to pay £15 for rapid delivery plus £25 for Saturday delivery. Eventually arrived eleven days late with no delivery note or any other paperwork. Electronic key does not work. They seem cheap but get you other ways. On their website scroll down , delivery 1-2 days £9.99. Case for trading standards.

They should have a minus star rating for this company. Nothing but a joke, you do not receive the hoverboards you think your getting but cheap fakes from China also the customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with and they couldn't tell me a single thing about the boards or where and who produce them. My credit card company have been informed and also trading standards! AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL REGRET EVER DEALING WITH THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!

Just an update for those of you awaiting a refund. I still haven't recieved one 4 weeks after being promised one. Have now reported to trading standards and my credit card company. Apparently I'm not the first person to report them either, trading standards are fully aware of this company so I would encourage anyone who has a grievance to do the same

Do not buy from this company they do not send item and do not give refunds have passed this over to my bank to investigate and will be reporting to trading standards and watchdog

Do not order from this company !!! I ordered on the 18th of Sep and after numerous emails telephone calls, 3 different delivery dates which I had to chase each time I have still not recieved a board and hoverkart. Asked for a refund, which they said they had processed but 3 weeks later nothing. I too am a single mother and my son didn't have a birthday present. I couldn't afford another £250 to order elsewhere. Avoid at all costs absolutely shocking that this company is still allowed to trade.

Never ever order from this rubbish company!!!!! Placed order on the 6th October express delivery never turned up got told a load of rubbish then another 2 different dates I would get it I've asked for refund,they took the money from my account on the 9th now it's the 17th october! They do not answer your phone calls ! If I do not get a refund in full by Friday 20th I will report this as fraud!
