“Our purchase was quick and easy. I purchased from UK Segboards because I wanted assurance the product would be safe for my daughter to use. We weren’t disappointed, the hover board is great quality, the blue tooth device is a nice touch and it’s provided many hours of fun. We also got a great deal on a cart attachments which has made it a more versatile piece of equipment which my daughter found very useful when she broke her foot and still wanted to walk the dogs with me over off road terrain.”

“Excellent price. Almost a year on and the 8 inch is still going as strong as ever and my son loves it. Battery is great which is the important part as they use samsung and LG batteries. Deffo recommend!”

“I cannot stress how much I would highly recommend avoiding buying from this company - faulty product that has been replaced 3 times and still not a fully working product , despite telephone calls and live chat - poor customer service - can only deal with customers via email , terrible timescales in terms of assisting with initial complaint/replacing faulty items/updating on what’s happening in terms of delivery”

“Absolutely shocking company. Please please avoid! I bought I segboard for my son which broke after one month. Paid £17 to return it to be fixed and it was returned to me broken. They then asked me to pay £17 again to return it! After weeks of sending emails back and forth they agreed they cover the cost to send it back. I have asked for a full refund as the item is not fit for purpose and is dangerous but still not heard anything after 3 weeks. Looks elsewhere to avoid a massive disappointment”

“Really great service! I've been looking for a hoverboard for my daughter for sometime now and was worried about the quality as a lot of the hoverboards on the Internet are cheap knockoffs and you can't go on the the specs and marketing blurbs alone. Called a few "shops" and either just rang or got through to someone on their mobile doing the dishes. Dicided not to take any chances with these sellers and just go with the best. I can honestly say I was not disappointed with UK Segboards, great service and frendly advice. Ended up buying the G2 pro and its awesome and solid. Thanks guys, my daughter is very happy!”
