“We have purchased Segway Hoverboard, the delivery time was fantastic can not falter. The issue we have had is we have sent two emails to discuss arranging collecting or replacing the faulty Hoverboard we have had for less than one week, not one email has been replied too, I have tried to be understanding due to the Coronavirus, the issue is for one week no reply back?? That’s really poor service!! Hoverboard was really amazing fun when it was working our girls really loved it. My older daughter would also like to have one for her birthday and would of liked to of ordered from the same company!!”

“Bought two for Xmas and my two boys love them. That was until a fault occurred in one and now been trying for weeks to return This is not a coronavirus problem but after saying no email was sent when I ordered, have the original box it came in, with all the packaging, sent video even though it was Dangerous to do. Weeks later still no resolution”

“Placed order on a Monday evening. Next day received call from customer services advising colour wasn’t available. Confirmed new colour and hoverboard was dispatched same day. Product exactly as described and kart is a brilliant bonus. Can’t get my 8 year old off the thing. Sterling service from a reputable company”

“Being new to segways I contacted the company for advice on a model and which package is the best for my 10 year old. He loves his birthday gift and tries hard to keep the rest of the family from playing on it too. Delivery by courier who provided a 1 hour slot in advance. Go-cart kit easy to build with some extra instructional help from youtube. Very happy with the product and the service received.”

“Ordered during lockdown not needed till june but wasnt expecting that quick delivery. Products look fantastic for a great price. Sure my son will love it in june might have to have a sneaky go before then( just to make sure it's working if course) Thanks”

“Wow. Ordered after lockdown but delivered in a couple of days exactly as promised. Great bit of kit for Ollie’s birthday. Off-roader works a treat on our rough garden and bumpy driveway. Can’t wait to get out and try it on the sand. Great charge/run time and Ollie loves the Bluetooth speakers. It’s a must have for kids who like to get about.”
