“The Segway looks great and the delivery service was so fast and efficient. I opened it a month later to charge it for my daughters birthday as a surprise but the charger doesn't fit in the connections and there was no free travel bag and no instructions ? Please fix this for us quickly Rachel”

“I ordered my Segway on Tuesday 19/07/16 at 10:30 pm i received my Segway on 21/07/16 delivery fast and they keep u informed my order came when promised the order is correct still to test it out as its for my sons birthday next week”

“A birthday present for my 11 year old son, needed a quick delivery and didn't disappoint! My son delighted with, have had for 2 months and so far so good! Wanted the assurance of safety and quality which is why I went through this company. My son no longer walks round house, just glides everywhere! Lots of fun!”

“Tried to bring them abroad to my grandchildren.. U should alert that these are explosive items!!! They were confiscated! I managed to get them only yesterday!! I want to return one of them!”

All Airports, in many countries will have their own restrictions, therefore customers are to check with the Airline and airport if the item is allowed, such as any other electrical items to be taken on board. “Quick order and delivery. Item in good condition although the case was in one spot scratched. Overall happy with the purchase, just there was no way of verifying it runs on authentic Samsung battery (seller's claim doesn't just cut it for me)”
