“Still no refund... I have had to resort to claim via small claims court. Very difficult to deal with, they have admitted that they owe me a refund to the courts, but still no payment. Very disappointed”

“I was very impressed with the level of service received by this company. I bought a Segway bundle for my grandson who is absolutely over the moon with it. I ordered on line which said next day delivery. Received a phone call next day to say it was out of stock did I wish to change my order or did I want to wait for them to arrive on 4th December. I asked if they were guaranteeing delivery on 4th they said yes definitely. True to there word they received it on the 4th I received it on the 5th. Still had a small issue with the seat which was rectified immediately. Would highly recommend this company whose service in my opinion was second to non. I will definitely be buying my Grandson a bigger version in a couple years from here. Would not consider buying from anywhere else. Oh and by the way the price was good too.”

“Brilliant Service. Works straight from the box and my child could not be happier with the Segboard she received from a Mr Santa Claus ;). No issues whatsoever and they're original graffiti design really does make it stand out from the crowd we have had many people asking where we bought it from.”
