DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle for my son's birthday. I received the Hoverboard and Hoverkart on 16/05/18. I opened the boxes and all looked good. I then wrapped the Hoverboard and Hoverkart, still in their boxes, as it was much easier to wrap boxes. My son was thrilled to receive The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle. He went to school and we set to on building the Hoverkart. This is where the problems begin: The Hoverkart is poorly manufactured with visible faults and no instructions. I phoned and reported the faults. I emailed the requested photos. No response and no promised instructions. Whilst waiting for the instructions we checked over the Hoverboard. The remote control did not work. The board would not switch off. I then decided to try the board. Big mistake. It went completely out of control and I broke my left wrist in 5 places. Now I cannot drive. The charging port then promptly slipped into the housing unit at a strange angle. Now we cannot even charge the Hoverboard. I phoned again and sent an email with photos of the charging point as requested. I did not hear back from them until I had sent numerous emails pleading to respond. Finally they sent me a DPD returns label to take to a drop off point. I cannot drive and struggled to get the board back to them, very inconvenient since the problems were not my fault. Finally I received the so called repaired Hoverboard (as this is all they were prepared to fix and not replace the Hoverkart) and it was exactly the same as when I sent it to them...grrr! More calls, more emails and more requested photos sent and of course no response. I asked for a full refund because by now I still had a Hoverboard and Hoverkart that was unusable and substandard. Of course my son is frustrated and upset too about the situation. Several emails later and still asking for a refund, I got a reply. "No we can't give a refund, here's another prepaid DPD label and no we can't pick up from home". I read the Terms and Conditions and was infuriated to see any returns had to be within 14 days. Ridiculously unfair for such expensive items. More emails requesting, wanting and demanding a full refund and no response again. I would happily return the Hoverboard and Hoverkart as they are substandard and rubbish. This situation is still on going without a reasonable resolution. This company is appalling. The customer service is dreadful (if you get a response) and I have been treated unfairly and without any consideration to my circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Delivery was next day, which is in fact good, nicely packed. the battery was full, using the Segway with no claim.

Really should of read reviews on trust pilot before I ordered, was in a rush to order quickly for next day and didn’t really think about, so wished I did. Their customer service is shocking, infact it’s worse. Read the returns policy for what it’s worth. My board failed within 7 days, started to turn on & off by own accord, motor was shaking, one point I couldn’t turn the thing off and had to leave it in the garage because of the German Bluetooth voice start-up sound is so loud.. this board is dangerous, after a while I managed to get the company to collect item, after that they went quite, promised on several occasions to send replacement, when I asked for refund they refused so now it’s in the hands of trading standards, Birmingham and probably send mail to watchdog too... do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else, this company has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. If you board works great but if it fails then you got real problems, ask them before you buy..

Terrible I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 Do not buy from this company. Manufactures faults occurred on board, which made it spin out of control which is very dangerous and spun in to wall causing damage on board. Company said I had to report damage within 14 days but it didn’t happen then so I didn’t!! Refuse to fix damage on board caused by manufactures fault. Customer service terrible and couldn’t care less this board was extremely dangerous! Avoid this company

Good original customer service, bought a bundle but be mindful of the horrendously poor Velcro fasteners, they last 2 or 3 charges and then apparently cost £15 a pop - check the measurement and get far cheaper on amazon.

Avoid this company Brought a hover board from UKSegboards for my daughter and to be fair after waiting nearly three weeks for it to turn up and having to chase the order no issues, the board beeps regularly and requires it to be restarted, not what you expect but does work! My younger daughter then decided she also wanted one, so ordered another and actually turned up within a week. However, the first time my daughter stepped on, it vibrated uncontrollably flung my daughter to the floor, wouldn’t go near after that. I can also reproduce the fault when putting pressure on one side of the board, which is the sort of thing you have to do! Called Segboards UK and emailed, customer service is shocking. Eventually got an email asking me to reset the board, which I did but on restarting same again and actually hit a chair and caused damage to the board. After numerous calls and emails over the course of three week arranged for it to be returned and requested a full refund, they contacted us a few days later and said that had fixed the issue and would not give a refund as the board had damage, even after they agreed that the damage had been caused while doing the reset. They eventually notified us that they will be sending the repaired board back. When it arrived we opened the box and tested the board caught everything on video, but exactly the same issue, there was a note in the box which I assume is a repair ticket suggesting you step on the board carefully! This is probably the only time we have had any good advice from them. So will be sending the board back and again asking for a full refund, will update Reviews.co.uk on how we get on. I have seen some positive comments on here and would suggest if your lucky enough to get a board that works delivered from stock then everything will be fine. If your unlucky and get a faulty board you will effectively be throwing your money away as this company will not care. Lastly, I also didn’t get a UK plug with the second board I brought.

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered hover board, came quickly initially. It was faulty so sent back. After waiting a few weeks and after numerous emails, the same one came back in the same state - vibrating and jumping around as you stepped off it. Was told daughter getting off too quick!! They sent me videos on how and how not to get off it. Sent videos back on how my daughter was getting off very slowly. Finally agreed to send new one. Still waiting and being promised delivery after delivery. Daughter paid for this out of her own money. This company should not be trading.

Please avoid this company and warn all others to steer clear. Don’t reply refuse refunds. Over priced cheap imports that are of poor quality. Customer service is appalling.

This company has the worst customer service and poor quality products! Bought a hover kart for my sons xmas he has had one shot and still waiting for it to be returned. Refused refund struggle to get a reply. Shop else where avoid this company!
