“Safe payment , fast delivery and well packaged , opted for the deal which gave us a free kart that was simple to assemble And is really well made my son is thrilled , 12 year olds birthday present . The board is such good quality also built in Bluetooth speaker quality is great ! Highly recommend using UK Segboards”

“Amazing customer service, upgraded my order at no extra cost due a slight delay with delivery, they were very friendly and apologetic and so helpful. I understand these things happen over Xmas, but now got my order and it's been upgraded with extended warranty, I will have a very happy boy at Xmas. 100% would recommend this company. Thank you and Merry Xmas xx”

“Do not use this company!! We have had to send the segboard back twice now, it was faulty and after they had it for a month it was returned to us with the same fault. Sent back again and now it’s been returned broken, bent axel, headlight broken and waterproof cover ripped from charging port. Despite numerous phone calls (can’t speak to a manager and despite assurances someone will call me back, no one does), emails of complaints and a recorded delivery letter being sent they have not responded. Done some digging on the company, go onto UK trust pilot for other recent poor reviews from people. These segboards are poor quality and unsafe. I am taking this further and speaking to citizens advice bureau about getting my money refunded. It’s not worth the hassle and stress for anyone else, please avoid. UK segboards and ‘Segbo’ are different websites but the same company.... avoid them both”

“Second time getting a Hoverboard from UKSEGBOARDS. Just as good this time as they was the last time. Spoke to your customer services to change colour after placing the order and they changed it without any bother. Will be back for the escooter.”

“My daughter bought her segboard with her birthday money. She absolutely loves it. The Bluetooth feature is great! She loves moving on her segboard to the music. The balance feature has also made her learn how to use it even quicker. I can’t get her off it! She absolutely loves it and I highly recommend this product.”

“So easy to order the product on a very user friendly website, delivery was rapid and delivery options were really helpful for a busy mum who works full time. My daughter loved her Christmas present. The segboard was so easy to set up, the battery lasts ages and has lasted a year of my daughter ramming into things and it still looks as good as new. Thank you for such a quality product.”
