“We brought one for our son’s 8th birthday unfortunately our daughter fell off within the first 10 minutes of being on it, which resulted with a broken wrist being pinned. After this the Segway has never been taken back out on the box, and our son missed his birthday due to us all being in hospital. We know they can be fantastic fun but for us we don’t have the confidence to use it again.”

“Got one for my 10 year old grandson he loves it he no problem what so ever good quality for the money plays music from blue tooth worth every penny to see his smileing face he was away on it straight away no problem but I can’t do it just fell off but that the young ones of today definitely recommend”

“My order did not arrive on time and I had to chase on several occasions. I had also paid extreme to be delivered and ended up missing my sons birthday so I had to give it to him for Christmas.”

“This company was a great help when I didn’t know which type to buy. Product arrived in great time and for a good price. Now to hand it over to the birthday girl tomorrow. :) Haven’t tried it yet so can’t comment on its ability or that it all works!”

“This Segway was amazing whist expensive but we bought it in April and we are now in jusy and it hasn’t work for the past month.... The pressure plate just goes funny and doesn’t allow her to ride it.... not great and not impressed...☹️☹️☹️☹️ I am an ill single parent so can’t affors another”

“Overall this is a good product, its fast, smooth and quiet, battery charges quick and lasts long (not sure exactly how long it lasts as it has never. completely run out) the bluetooth works fine. We have the chrome silver & it scrapes off quite easily. Otherwise no issues.”

“My son loves the Segboard. It turned up with a broken charger port but customer services was helpful and sent back to be repaired and had no problems and received back quickly and repaired.”
