“I have ordered 3 classic segways with go kart seats. 2 of the segways work as advertised and my children love them. The third segway after initially starting for one hour would not accept a charge or restart. These were all Xmas presents, opened on Xmas day. I am now in dispute with them over a refund.”

“My 10yr old got a seaboard for her Xmas . She absolutely loves it and is never off it . Charges really quick and last for ages !!! She's not been outside so much in a long while . Definitely recommend and delivery was super quick .”

“My board came and was damaged, the customer service that I received was poor and was not particularly helpful. However the board itself was very good and although damaged as in scratched my little boy has had many hours of fun with it.”

“my son was absolutely delighted with the Graffiti Segboard GO -Kart combo that I ordered him for Christmas! I had left it quite late to order so was really pleased that UK Segboards delivered to schedule. The quality of the build is second to none and my son is loving going off road on his Go Kart! Best present I've bought to date - he wont leave it alone!”

“Ultimate hummer hip hop monster bundle. I ordered online on 15th nov and was told my order would not be delivered until 04 Dec, shortly after placing my order i got a call telling me that my item was out of stock and was offered to change my order if I needed it sooner, it was an Xmas present so delivery on 04 Dec was fine, and it turned up on time. We built it just before Xmas and gave it a full charge, it worked fine for an hour and then a red light came on and only one side would work, we looked online and it suggested a master reset and to recalibrate, this worked first time and it has been fine ever since. I would definatly recommend this item!”

“The helpful, user friendly website enabled me to make an informed decision before I purchased the graffiti Segway formy son. Safety was paramount and by buying within the UK with a British company put my mind at rest. The Segway is a huge hit - sturdy, strong, manageable and above all (to an 8 year old!) fun !! Would definitely buy again.”

“Intially we had a problem with the delivery - not all parts arrived and we had to make contact to resolve this. When the product was put together our son loved it however within a few days we noticed a bolt kept coming loose to the point if we dont notice soon enough it actually comes away from the handles completely and we are still waiting for a response to this form the company”
