I had a few issues with getting the payment to go through online but an agent was willing to walk through the process with me to ensure that it went smoothly. “I can only review the purchasing of the policy not the policy itself. It was quick and easy. The only part that got a bit tricky was when having to find out the cost of rebuilding the property. Thankfully the website had a handy link to another site that could provide an estimate. It was easy to use the website and policy documents were easy to understand.”
