“We have moved to UK insurance net. Thye have been helpful plus addressed any concerns. We have our own advisor Alice but for renewals, l etc often speak to others. Recently I called to renew and a very new member of the team and was impressed as he clearly knew his limitations and transferred me to an experienced manager who efficiently dealt with my renewal.
