“Very easy to deal with and a good competitive price”

“I spoke to two agents as had to change my policy. Both were outstanding in their customer service, being extremely polite and helpful and just nice people to talk to. As I had to change my policy for reasons to do with my mortgage, I received a full refund on my unwanted policy with no additional effort from my side. Will definitely be using this company again!”

“It was really easy to work with this company. I made the initial contact on line and then they phoned me from the UK to Australia at the time I had arranged with them. “I,m very disappointed with UK insurance net. I made a claim for storm damage to a roof on my landlords insurance. It's been three months and I,ve heard nothing except my premium for two properties has doubled. What's the point of being insured if you have to pay double for an outstanding claim. I may as well save my money and just buy a new roof. I,ve been with this company for 12 years and now find they,re good at taking your money but not good at paying out.”
