“The writers communicate very poorly. They don't listen to what the work owner wants and don't do what I want. After spending over $1000, I had to do the work myself. It was a terrible experience! The customer service was very poor. The customer service officer threatened to close down my account because I got frustrated.”

“I am awaiting response about a refund. I was not given access to the works despite being told I had access. I was then sent email that there was an error on the system and the works was available a day later. The work produced had several grammatical errors and terrible English. It was below par. I am awaiting refund on this. I have 8 new projects but I am not going to be using UKessay any more”

“I requested for an amendment and still haven’t been done. My deadline is on the 10th and yet the so-called after care team manager had been frustrating me, causing me anxiety and anger. The order was meant for masters merit standard between 60-69% and nothing of sort in this manner. Please I will be providing the result, if marked, and if not, I will collect back a refund!”

Hello, Thank you for providing your review, I’m sorry to hear that you felt our service did not meet your expectations, however, I do not believe the review provided reflects the situation accurately. When studying at Masters and PhD, these high level orders do require a lot of engagement from our clients with their assignment guidelines, as well as collaboration between us (UK Essays), our clients and researchers. However, in this case, there was an unwillingness on your part to answer questions and provide essential information we requested in both the early stages of the order process and during the After Care stage, therefore hindering the researcher from being able to meet your expectations. When clients under order it always, unfortunately, leads to their dissatisfaction, as the model answer is not to the required standard. In this case, I can see that the required slide count was 15 slides, however, only 8 slides were ordered. This is almost 50% less than was deemed necessary to ensure all the relevant information could be included. Under ordering on the slide count also means that inevitably there will be less application of knowledge and less critical analysis. Before proceeding with your order, we did advise of the risks of under ordering on multiple occasions as we did not want you to be disappointed when the model answer would not include all of the information required due to the researcher not being provided with the correct requirements. It is also vital that clients use our service correctly by not submitting the model answers we provide directly. Our service is available to assist clients in writing their own pieces of work for submission, the model answer should be used as a custom written example to guide our clients when completing their own work. When these terms of agreement are broken and the researchers work is directly submitted, this can have a huge impact on the client's studies and standing with their organisation which can ultimately lead to harsh critique and investigations should the institution suspect the submitted work is not that of the client. I can see that other factors which caused significant difficulties were discussed with you directly via your online account. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we value all of our clients and their feedback on each situation, however, I do feel that the scope of the situation is much more detailed than demonstrated in the review. “I am writing to express my significant concerns and dissatisfaction with the process and outcome of the service provided, which has not only failed to meet the guaranteed standards advertised on your website but has also put me in a challenging academic position. Firstly, the suggestion that I could simply proceed with my work independently, despite the issue raised by my tutor regarding a key research article, overlooks the fundamental nature of my assignment. The core of my research and references were contingent upon the insights and findings of another's work. The completion of their report was critical for me to understand the direction and make necessary amendments to my own. It was not a matter of conducting separate, unaffected research; it was about building upon and integrating the work provided.Furthermore, the challenges in making amendments to a piece already completed by your researcher are significant. Without a thorough understanding of their perspective and analysis, any changes I make could compromise the cohesion and integrity of the work. This situation was further exacerbated by the considerable cost of £354, which I trusted would ensure a service aligning with your promises of "no stress," "total happiness," and "the highest quality or amendments for free." Regrettably, these were not just unmet but were starkly contradicted by the reality of my experience.Upon receiving the first draft and the subsequent teacher's comments, it became evident that the assignment was far from meeting the required standards for passing. The promise of "complete reassurance" fell short when I was left to make amendments all night before the submission deadline, especially since assistance from the researcher became unavailable at a critical time.This experience, in its entirety, has been nothing short of a shambles and a dreadful ordeal, far removed from the stress-free and high-quality service advertised. Given these circumstances and the failure to live up to the guarantees provided on your homepage, I believe I am entitled to a refund. We do appreciate your feedback, however, having reviewed your order we do feel a 1* review does not reflect the situation accurately. After receiving a request from you to review the researcher’s work following comments provided by your tutor, we arranged for an independent assessor to review the model answer provided. Whilst the assessor did find that one study was not appropriate to be included as it wasn't primary evidence, overall, the assessor concluded that the model answer provided was useable and did meet the required standard for passing. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the oversight of including this study, which did ultimately impact the overall grade. Once this information was provided to us, we immediately provided you with a partial refund, as the grade received was one boundary lower than ordered, to try to rectify this situation for you. We understand that meeting deadlines and studying towards your degree can be a stressful time, so our main aim is to try and alleviate some of this stress for our clients by providing custom written model answers that will assist them with their own learning. Whilst our service does enable our clients to cut down on research time and provides them with a bespoke starting point, work does still need to be undertaken by our clients, to ensure the work is written in their own words and is amended to reflect comments from tutors/professors that are provided after they have written their first draft. “Extremely poor. Needed a lit review with a specific focus for a work project, not cheating on coursework, and despite being extremely clear and specific, citing core literature essential for inclusion, all feminist essential literature was just ignored & deeply offensive stigma-based literature from 30 yrs ago was used. Writer's response to need for amendments was pompous nonsense that demonstrated a profound lack of knowledge of the relevant field. Utterly, utterly dreadful.”

“I ordered a marking service but got a document with only one comment and a couple of corrections. No explanations, no improvement suggestions. I asked for a revision, and only after this, they did what I paid for. Why didn't they do it on time?! And the chat with support doesn't seem to be working. And as for such service, it's totally overpriced as they deliver whatever they want, not what you pay for. And you need to message them with no answer, or answer within hours.”

“If you want overpriced, shoddily written essays by supposed experts who really aren't, then use UK Essays. I don't think they follow stringent hiring processes to get a qualified candidate, never mind finding the right candidate for the work you have. The writers rarely listen to the requirements, they can't formulate an essay properly e.g. can't reference properly, can't evaluate, can't use the PEEL or similar methods and rarely fully answer the essay question. Sometimes they even get things completely wrong. I find it difficult to believe that anyone writing these essays has a good degree behind them. I will never use them again, and recommend that people source their own writers through other platforms where you can judge whether someone is fit for the task yourself.”

I can see you've advised my team that you accidently missed these points off the guidelines.
