“I did not receive the grade I was booking for. And still in the process of aftercare service. And hope I can be handled by the website”

“I had ordered 1st honours grade which was between 70-74%. however the grades I got back was only 67% which is a 2:1. I paid for a 1st honours and I was disappointed that that wasn't the case.”

“The researcher did not follow all my instructions and I must ask for your amendments. Finally, it was not exactly what I expected but I hope I will pass. The main issue was that the researcher wrote what she/he wanted not what I asked for.”

“sentences written and no explanation given after followed by spelling mistake. Believe after the amount I paid for the work GEE NEED to make sure you tell the writers to make sure their work do not need fixing as I believe is so expensive for what we are getting back”

Hi Claudia, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with you work. I have reviewed the piece and I cannot see that there were spelling mistakes in the original or revised versions of the work. We have an in house quality control team who check the researcher's work over and the piece is checked for spelling errors as part of this process. In terms of the work being fixed, as part of the amendments, you asked for the researcher to include subheadings and meet a strict word count. “I requested for the first amendment and was told by the coordinatorthat the researcher said need tonpay additionl £75 which i refused. I compromised and requested for another amendment which the coordinator checked and the researcher agreed. When i received the amended work, it was more a 'token' addition of articles added into the literature without any review nor argumemts required in a Lit Review. This is really truly unprofessional and high school standard. I am really disappointed with this particular researcher/writer assigned to me and would strongly urge UK Essays to ban this writer/researcher. Do review closely the amended work and the original work and you will understand what my unhappiness is all about. Very obvious.”

“Overal , the service is good . However , my Dissertation Proposal was not up to standard paid for . I have paid for 60% - 69% but got only 46% which is very bad fro my progress . Having received a feedback from my supervisor before submission, the CSO who spoke to me was very rude indicting that the work was just a guide and that I should review it myself , hence the review I had from researcher was nothing better than the initial work. I am about to request for my full dissertation and unsure if I should trust UKEssay with it as I really need to get beyond 60% to pass .”
