Hi Yener, Thanks for your review. I can see that the work has been assessed and has been marked in the higher end of the Pass grade boundary (50%-59%) that was ordered. There is always room for improvement in Pass level work and that is why researchers are paid more and the cost is higher for Merit and Distinction grades. “This is the worst service which I have ever experienced. The company is only trying to get our money. At first, they say that they would offer revision. Then, they would never do that. They provide the worst assignment which I paid for more than $500 USD. (They dont follow your instruction, and the writing quality is so poor. I got all the negative comments from my professor. I also sent them the comments, but they still dont offer me a revision. Please dont order or work with this company, or you would regret as I do.”

From reviewing your order, we had worked with the researcher and yourself to have amendments made. The feedback in which was later provided to us was a way in which the tutor would have liked the work to be completed. But as the writer and ourselves are not a part of your course or privy to discussions to be aware of these expectations, we were unable to achieve these in the initial order. Even if a tutor doesn't like how the work has been approached and, therefore, has a specific way, it doesn't mean that the work was objectively wrong. We had your concerns reviewed and also escalated. We took the time to highlight where there was independent analysis, evaluation and insight to aid you in seeing this in the researcher's work and aid your understanding. In light of the initial order requirements we were given, it was verified that the researcher had met this. However, we did not close this matter, we kept it open in case you wished to pursue further amendments. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you regarding the order. Hi Has, Thanks for your review here. I have checked through and I can see that we promptly responded to all of your requests. I understand that you asked to increase the level ordered from 2.1 to a 1st class model answer after completion. This would have cost significantly more from the outset as a 1st class piece of work is much better and takes a lot longer time than 2.1. Therefore, I do think it was fair for the writer to ask for an increased fee in order to upgrade from 2.1 to 1st for you. Please do check our online price calculator for the difference in costs and let me know if you have any further concerns. I wouldn't be able to have the 2.1 order upgraded to a 1st class for free and I hope you can understand the reasoning for this. It's certainly not that we don't care as we put maximum care and attention into every order. Kind Regards David

Hi Martin, Thanks for your review. I have checked on the order and we have been messaging you for a couple of weeks trying to gather further information from you on what you need to be done. We haven't any responses as yet from you following your initial request. All we know at present is that the word counts that you asked for in each chapter is now incorrect on advice from your tutor. Your writer has obviously worked based on what was initially requested but we are now going to ask them to rewrite some chapters longer and some shorter. It would only be fair that the writer is paid for that extra time. At the moment though, we still don't have information from you on the chapters you wish to increase and decrease so please get in touch with this information on your account so we can help you further. “I am really disappointed about the essay delivered. The referencing was wrong and therefore I didn't pass the essay. I went back to you and ask if it can be done with the right referencing and a very unpleasant email came back. I have more essays to do but I will not use your company and I will not recommend anybody to go to you. Very poor service.”

Hi Maria, Thanks for your review. I have checked the message you received and this was perfectly polite to be fair. The referencing wasn't done incorrectly. It is true that you asked for " " speech marks to be used to denote quotations and that is absolutely correct to do. Your writer has done this where they have used direct quotations. However, not every sentence is a direct quotation and so where an idea or argument is paraphrased, it should be referenced, but the text not placed in speech marks. It is not good academic practice for every sentence in an essay to be a quotation and so I do hope that you can take this advice on board as we wish all of our customers to succeed. If you have every sentence in as essay as a direct quotation, it is highly likely that this would result in a fail grade. Kind Regards David
