“This time the work was below average. The writer did not understand the topic not read the guidelines. Work relied on online websites more than on academic journals and completely ignored the orders requests. Work had grammatical mistakes and the references were not written correctly. The standard was really poor this time. Very disappointed.”

“After several issues the Essay was finally delivered after I was very unhappy with the first version. The amendet paper was ok, however, as before it was by far not what I would have expected. In the text where a number of typos and words have been used inaccurately. The refence section has always been a very weak point when receiving work. This time a total of 5 references indicated can nowhere be found in the actual text. This in my view is very bad, and unfortunately I have to say that 1. I am very unhappy with this flawded and in parts poor quality paper, and 2. This was the last time I have used your services. I would appreciate your reply on the matter and your opinion of how we could come to a solution. Your services are very costly and one would expect an immaculate work. Sad to see that the quality does not match on what you invoice. Wishing you a nice weekend, and hopefully you take the courtesy to provide me with an answer and possible a partial refund of what has been paid. Kind regards, Andreas”

Hi Andreas, Thanks for your review and we would of course be happy to work with you to ensure that you are happy with the final work produced. This is why we have a dedicated Aftercare team and we are happy to help. If there are additional sources indicated in the bibliography that have not been cited in-text, we can remove these of course. However, it is often the case that further reading that was conducted is included in a bibliography even if not cited directly in-text. However, we can remove these and that is not a problem. Regarding the work itself, could you get in touch to advise where you have found typos and words used incorrectly. These aren't initially apparent so if you could indicate where your concerns are, we can check these for you. We would be happy to review the work further with a view to either having the researcher carry out further work to it or a partial refund as you have indicated above. However, in order to justify a partial refund to the researcher, we would need you to be more specific in your concerns so that we can see if there is anything that merits a refund. If you can send me a copy of the work with your concerns highlighted or noted so that I can review them in full, I can open a refund request case on your order for you. Kind Regards David

“I am not really satisfied because I paid for a second class lower essay but unfortunately I got a score of third class (45). I would have come back for another essay but I'm not really impressed at all. I might call tomorrow to discuss it.”

“I feel the writer did not takein to account what were my stipulated requirements were. This led to me having to request amendments, which I was disappointed with and doubt very much the work was a 2:1 grade. However, the service was prompt, informative and direct. Maybe I should have provided more explicit criteria for the writer.”
