“Well acceptable after a complaint”

“the service has been excellent in the past. Nevertheless, with the most recent order the marker mistook an essay (it said in the title !!!) for a literature review. Didn't admit his/her mistake ( hardly anyone does it nowadays) Will I be ordering from this service in the future? Maybe.”

Hi Carlos. We appreciate that you've taken the time to leave feedback, however we have asked for this to be revised because we do not believe it reflects the reality of the situation. The service you have ordered is our Marking Service, where your researcher is expected to proofread, grade the work (with reasons for the grade given) and provide feedback/suggestions for improvements. Upon receiving your marked work, I can see you requested an amendment because you believe the researcher mistook the essay for a literature review. The researcher has explained that your instructions require an analysis of literature, which ideally means reviewing existing literature and comparing and contrasting them. The analysis of literature was conspicuously missing yet it was supposed to cover majority of the content. They agreed that your work was an essay but there needed to be a review of literature in completing it, as per the assignment brief. This was an opportunity for discussion but the response we received from you was "nevermind". Your guidelines frequently refer to using relevant literature (with critical analysis) and to avoid simple explanation and description, therefore the feedback provided was relevant to this. “I found UK essays easy to contact about my distress of my dissertation, and procrastinated for a long time and realised I could not do this by myself without the team, as I did not know where to begin, I could have done this by myself but I had a demanding family, 3 dogs and depression. the team were very approachable and very helpful and understanding. “If you want overpriced, shoddily written essays by supposed experts who really aren't, then use UK Essays. I don't think they follow stringent hiring processes to get a qualified candidate, never mind finding the right candidate for the work you have. The writers rarely listen to the requirements, they can't formulate an essay properly e.g. can't reference properly, can't evaluate, can't use the PEEL or similar methods and rarely fully answer the essay question. Sometimes they even get things completely wrong. I find it difficult to believe that anyone writing these essays has a good degree behind them. I will never use them again, and recommend that people source their own writers through other platforms where you can judge whether someone is fit for the task yourself.”

“here are something you need to improve Very pricy service The writer does not follow the instructions in some parts, so I have to do it by myself since I don’t have time to follow your procedure. I tried to ask for writing some missing points and they asked for extra money. I found out they used some info from Wikipedia. This is definitely my last time.”

Hi Mohd. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. I can see you have requested an amendment and whilst your researcher is happy to help with parts of this request, they have quoted a fee because you have provided new information that wasn't included with your order. I can see you've advised my team that you accidently missed these points off the guidelines. The other part of the request is optional within the guidelines and would take the brief beyond the word count. With regards to Wikipedia, please could you send us the report that shows this? Your order has been scanned for originality and we've sent you a plagiarism report. There are no matches or references to Wikipedia and this hasn't been raised when liaising with our team. “I think good practice to begain to beacome a bad practice. Just they copy online work and they dont fallow your order. but they will take the money”
