“I am not at all satisfied with the essay and the level of English that was used. Its not even secondary school level English and so I ordered a refund but nothing happened and the team is still investigating.”

Hi Padmakoteswari, Thanks for your review and I have checked the concern on your order. I can see that you have questioned a few sentences and we have checked all of these for you. The standard of English used is perfectly reasonable for Masters level work and I am unsure why you feel it is 'not even secondary school'. The examples that you have given have been checked and they are all perfectly well written English. I appreciate that you have requested a refund but I'm afraid we cannot provide a refund for the order because it has been completed to a very good standard and there is no problem at all with the written English used. Please bear in mind that we all have our own personal preferences when it comes to writing style and phrasing. Therefore, if the writer's expression is different to how you personally would write something, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. Kind Regards David

“My proofreading was so bad and still there are grammar an spelling mistake. I waste my money for nothing”

Hi Ali, Thanks for your review. I can see that you have used our marking service which includes proofreading your work for you. The marker has indeed proofread your work where possible and they have given a great deal of advice and suggestions in the marking form and their comments to help you improve your writing. The areas where the marker has not been able to proofread and correct your work are areas where it isn't possible to work out exactly what you mean. These can't really be proofread as they need to be rewritten by yourself as you know the meaning that you intended. If you would like to make an effort to implement the marker's feedback, we can ask them to review your work again and do a final proofread on your latest version.
