“Good writer focused on the sources given”

“I was really pleased with the outcome for an essay that I needed the research undertaken for while I had to go into hospital. Having the support of UK Essays academic writers allowed me to then produce the literature review that I needed for my submission. I did not want them to write the paper for me, just to compile the research so I could then formulate the paper in my writing style. By using the services of UK Essays, my recovery period from my hospital stay was spent actually recovering, not researching multiple journals. I then could focus on the 'writing' component fully and use the structure UK Essay researchers had sent to add in and adapt parts of my literature review to improve the text from a passing level review which was the service level I asked the UK Essay writers to produce, to a distinction level review that added through my own research. It was a win-win situation and I would recommend the process to anyone who requires addition help for submission. Thank you again UK Essays!”

We try to be as competitive as we can however, we do pride ourselves on recruiting the best quality researchers to complete model answers and they must be adequately paid for their hard work. “This time the work was below average. The writer did not understand the topic not read the guidelines. Work relied on online websites more than on academic journals and completely ignored the orders requests. Work had grammatical mistakes and the references were not written correctly. The standard was really poor this time. Very disappointed.”

“I have some of my work done by UK Essays and well written and take the time to write according to the guidelines. The dissertation was simply the most amazing work. I also felt a bit concerned about one of the essays because UK essays sent me a question the night before my work was due and then next day I was a bit confused if it was the right work.But it was clarified. I have used them for my proposal and dissertation got my discount but still waiting on the money back? Which I have not heard about but I'm sure I will. I advice to be clear and send written messages making sure they understand what you need done properly.UK Essays is very polite and good customer service. I have never used until last year and you may need to make a few changers to have a even higher grade .So far amazing .”

“After several issues the Essay was finally delivered after I was very unhappy with the first version. The amendet paper was ok, however, as before it was by far not what I would have expected. In the text where a number of typos and words have been used inaccurately. The refence section has always been a very weak point when receiving work. This time a total of 5 references indicated can nowhere be found in the actual text. This in my view is very bad, and unfortunately I have to say that 1. I am very unhappy with this flawded and in parts poor quality paper, and 2. This was the last time I have used your services. I would appreciate your reply on the matter and your opinion of how we could come to a solution. Your services are very costly and one would expect an immaculate work. Sad to see that the quality does not match on what you invoice. Wishing you a nice weekend, and hopefully you take the courtesy to provide me with an answer and possible a partial refund of what has been paid. Kind regards, Andreas”

Hi Andreas, Thanks for your review and we would of course be happy to work with you to ensure that you are happy with the final work produced. This is why we have a dedicated Aftercare team and we are happy to help. If there are additional sources indicated in the bibliography that have not been cited in-text, we can remove these of course. However, it is often the case that further reading that was conducted is included in a bibliography even if not cited directly in-text. However, we can remove these and that is not a problem. Regarding the work itself, could you get in touch to advise where you have found typos and words used incorrectly. These aren't initially apparent so if you could indicate where your concerns are, we can check these for you. We would be happy to review the work further with a view to either having the researcher carry out further work to it or a partial refund as you have indicated above. However, in order to justify a partial refund to the researcher, we would need you to be more specific in your concerns so that we can see if there is anything that merits a refund. If you can send me a copy of the work with your concerns highlighted or noted so that I can review them in full, I can open a refund request case on your order for you. Kind Regards David

“The liaison team is responsive and helpful, and service is reliable. Good if the system could automatically recognise frequent or repeat customers and automatically accord discounts, etc as opposed to having to make a request each time.”
