“it is good website, but it needs to be accurate with how much the student would get as I requested to have upper second class grade which I did not and instead I got lower second class.”

Hi John, We would be happy to review this to see if there is any plagiarism so please can you send the scan report you have to our Aftercare team on your order. Please note that similarity or matching content are not necessarily plagiarism. It is important not just to look at the number or percentage of similarity but to look further into what is actually showing as matching content. There are many things that may well be showing as matching but they are perfectly natural and expected. For example, references/sources, case names and legislation will have been cited by thousands of students and so it is expected that these will be showing as a match. Also, common terms and phrases and quotations that are referenced are not plagiarism. When looking at what is matching, the concern arises if you see large blocks of text matching that are not any of the above. “You where putting page numbers on Harvard citing to make word count goes up when l removed the page number instead of 1500 I remain with 1398. Make sure the writer checks what is required by Harvard.”

“The grade from this essay was not what I was expecting, the style of writing was a little confusing even though the question was not. If they would follow exactly what was ask such as using personal experience as evidence instead of one's knowledge i might've received a better grade”

Hi Jenver, Thanks for your review and I would like to investigate why the lower grade was received. Therefore, could you send us a copy of the feedback, grading comments and the work you completed and submitted. One thing I did notice was that you only ordered 3/4 of the word count given and we did advise that you would be better placed having a model answer of the full word count available. This would have allowed the researcher to go into the full detail expected. Please do send the above documents though as I would be very keen to see if there is anything we can use to improve our researcher and Quality Control processes. Kind Regards David
