“The writers communicate very poorly. They don't listen to what the work owner wants and don't do what I want. After spending over $1000, I had to do the work myself. It was a terrible experience! The customer service was very poor. The customer service officer threatened to close down my account because I got frustrated.”

“I Was very disappointed that after spending about $1,500 the team and writer refused to follow the format I sent. The customer service officer threatened to close my order because I got frustrated and angry that no one was listening. I ended up writing the dissertation myself as they refused and I got tired of fighting. Higly disappointed. Would not recommend. No value for money spent.”

Hello Paschal, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, however, this does not reflect the situation accurately. I have reviewed your order and can see that you provided a structure on the order form, which the researcher adhered to. You advised us post completion of the work that you wanted the researcher to follow a structure from one of the examples you had uploaded, not the structure you specifically provided on the order form. This is key information that needs to be communicated to the researcher, to ensure they provide a model answer inline with your expectations. I can see that the same situation happened on one of your previous orders, which was completed by a different researcher, and our After Care team did advise you at the time to take care on future orders and to not provide varying structures. You claimed that the Learning Outcomes (LOs) were not met, however, the researcher highlighted these in the model answer for you without them needing to make any changes/amendments to the completed work. You did not request any changes to be made to the LOs after receiving this document, therefore confirming that the LOs had been met. There was also further confusion about the additional elements needed to complete the order. Our knowledgeable Customer Experience representatives provided you with full details of the dissertation bundles we offer to ensure all of your requirements were met (PEO/PICO table, inclusion/exclusion criteria table, search terms table, data extraction table, CASP etc), to which you confirmed you needed a data extraction table to be included in the work. This data extraction table was completed by the researcher, but post completion of the model answer you advised us that you actually needed a CASP appraisal. You refused to pay for this additional element even though you were advised at the start of the order it required additional payment, so as a goodwill gesture and to bring the matter to a close, the company covered the cost of the CASP appraisal to resolve this for you. Unfortunately, we did have to advise you that your account would be reviewed if your abusive behaviour towards our workforce continued. We have a zero tolerance policy in place to protect the people that work for UK Essays and this will be implemented if needed. Our aim is to always ensure our valued customers satisfaction, however, we do need full cooperation from our clients to be respectful and accurately communicate their requirements. “Beware of this site as these people are not keeping any of the promises given on their site. If not happy they promise the cash back but it's a lie. If you give proper instructions and ask them to do your work, they don't have a clue and they write something useless and give it to you and you have to accept it. Their tone will change after you pay the money and you have to agree with everything they say. I gave them some work I did’t use anything that they gave me as it was useless and now contacted back to get my money back. Please do not fall into this trap. This information is true and accurate.”

Hello, I hope you are well. We appreciate that you have taken the time to leave your review, however we kindly ask that you provide accurate and authentic information that is true to the situation. Having reviewed your order in detail, I can see that you placed an order for our bespoke rewriting service. With this service you are provided with a 'tracked' copy of the rewritten document and a 'clean' copy of the rewritten document. The tracked copy shows the edits made by the researcher before we have done our internal quality checks for content, spelling and grammar whereas the clean copy is the final version of the model answer which has received our in-house quality checks from our dedicated quality department. It is vital that the clean copy is the file that all our valued clients work from when completing their own work. We did advise you on a few occasions that it was the clean copy document which was the final version of the model answer and the version which you should use to help you write your own piece of work for your submission. After receiving your amendment request, we noticed that you were mistakenly looking at the tracked copy rather than the clean copy, we immediately brought this to your attention so you could then use the clean copy as this was the final version. Unfortunately, you then advised us that you did not wish to look at the clean copy at all and wanted to request a refund. For any refund request, an independent assessor will review the order to determine if the final product is true to the information provided and meets the requested grade. After the review was conducted on the researchers rewritten document, it was concluded that the researchers work was actually one grade boundary higher than you had paid for and reached the Masters Merit level rather than the Masters Pass level which you had ordered. Again, I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, however, we do not feel this 1* review is an accurate or true reflection of the situation after reviewing the communication on your order. As mentioned, it is vital that the clean copy is the file that our clients work from when completing their own work to ensure they are benefiting the most from the expertise and knowledge provided by our researchers. “I am awaiting response about a refund. I was not given access to the works despite being told I had access. I was then sent email that there was an error on the system and the works was available a day later. The work produced had several grammatical errors and terrible English. It was below par. I am awaiting refund on this. I have 8 new projects but I am not going to be using UKessay any more”

“I requested for an amendment and still haven’t been done. My deadline is on the 10th and yet the so-called after care team manager had been frustrating me, causing me anxiety and anger. The order was meant for masters merit standard between 60-69% and nothing of sort in this manner. Please I will be providing the result, if marked, and if not, I will collect back a refund!”

Hello, Thank you for providing your review, I’m sorry to hear that you felt our service did not meet your expectations, however, I do not believe the review provided reflects the situation accurately. When studying at Masters and PhD, these high level orders do require a lot of engagement from our clients with their assignment guidelines, as well as collaboration between us (UK Essays), our clients and researchers. However, in this case, there was an unwillingness on your part to answer questions and provide essential information we requested in both the early stages of the order process and during the After Care stage, therefore hindering the researcher from being able to meet your expectations. When clients under order it always, unfortunately, leads to their dissatisfaction, as the model answer is not to the required standard. In this case, I can see that the required slide count was 15 slides, however, only 8 slides were ordered. This is almost 50% less than was deemed necessary to ensure all the relevant information could be included. Under ordering on the slide count also means that inevitably there will be less application of knowledge and less critical analysis. Before proceeding with your order, we did advise of the risks of under ordering on multiple occasions as we did not want you to be disappointed when the model answer would not include all of the information required due to the researcher not being provided with the correct requirements. It is also vital that clients use our service correctly by not submitting the model answers we provide directly. Our service is available to assist clients in writing their own pieces of work for submission, the model answer should be used as a custom written example to guide our clients when completing their own work. When these terms of agreement are broken and the researchers work is directly submitted, this can have a huge impact on the client's studies and standing with their organisation which can ultimately lead to harsh critique and investigations should the institution suspect the submitted work is not that of the client. I can see that other factors which caused significant difficulties were discussed with you directly via your online account. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we value all of our clients and their feedback on each situation, however, I do feel that the scope of the situation is much more detailed than demonstrated in the review.
