“Thank you UKDukas. I made a purchase of male boots from Zara and they arrived in time and in good condition. I would however like to suggest that you offer packaging especially for those who are purchasing items as gifts. This would be a great added value on your end. All in all i was extremely pleased with the service. Thanks, Wangechi”

“Ukdukas services provided are excellent compared to other companies. However, I think when it comes to prices , ukdukas is rather highly priced compared to others! I think to stay in the market they need to price there goods and services wisely.”

“Very good service, there was a gap in the Kenyan market for online purchases so this is great, however I would like to add that the charges are very steep. Usually when ordering things online you would be charges freight for the weight whereas uk dukas charges per item and the charges are very high,, almost double of what the item actually costs. So in short they are taking advantage if the monopoly they have created.. I would appreciate if they can reduce the prices slightly, of course they are in a business and they have to make money, but not too much.. I am sure if customers find it affordable more and more people will order through, I for example would definetely order much more”

We do our best to ensure we charge a fair and competitive amount and meeting our responsibility as a business by ensuring we meet our legal obligations. We would never take advantage of our valued customers who have trust us. We are aware of other operates who do not meet their legal obligations that cannot be the standard we are required to follow as we take our responsibilities seriously. “I'm very pleased with the service I got, they are very friendly and professional and my purchases arrived on time and in excellent condition. Dear Jessica we thank you for your feedback. Apologise for the delay in updating you as we were carrying out fact finding related to your order. I am John from the UKDUKAS customer care team in the UK. We have looked into the raised issues and discussed with our colleagues in Nairobi. We have found with your first order it had a delay which was due to a technical glitch with our online purchasing calculator which was undergoing maintenance. We were assured by the outsourced IT provider it would have no impact with our daily operations. Unfortunately due to the maintenance it did not capture your order information. When this was identified the particular item had subsequently sold out. On this occasion we fully agree we should have ensured the maintenance glitch did not affect daily operations. Once it was flagged that the issues had affected some customers some days had lapsed. We fully understand that on this particular occasion we did not live up to the high standards and service we expect to deliver and with that we are truly sorry for the delay in receiving your item. We have recently received an order from you placed on the 3rd February we are on track to have this item delivered to you within the stipulated time and believe it will even arrive earlier than the 10-14 working days. “I would recommend anybody to actually give UKDUKAS a shot. Not only was i pleased with my package but it arrived way before the time stipulated. Their constant e-mail updates on the stage my purchase was at was very encouraging and can i say their Customer care is unbelievable. Trust me you will not be disappointed. These guys are it!!!
