“I was most impressed with Shaun's knowledge of the vehicles and his relaxed and respectful telephone manner . We wanted modifications, which was no problem and no extra cost. As there were modifications, we had to wait some time, which was fine, but it was generally us who had to ask for updates. Having not dealt on the internet for such a large amount of money we felt nervous paying prior to receiving the van.However Shaun put me in touch with a recent purchaser so as to put my mind at ease. The van arrived on the specified day as promised. I would recommend Shaun and UK vans direct. We will certainly use them again.”

“Had never bought a vehicle online before so had some trepidation at making a major purchase in this way but Shaun Lockwood was very helpful and answered all our questions. The van arrived exactly as promised and we are very pleased with it. The arrangements were very professionally and courteously handled by both Shaun and the Citroen dealer involved.”

“Buying a new vehicle can be a daunting , time consuming task , trawling around dealers , comparing price and vehicle spec , I found my experience buying a new van from uk vans direct a very easy process and got the van and deal i am happy with . It was a very smooth process , i was kept informed of progress at every stage and my new vehicle was delivered on time as arranged , a very professional service second to none . “Ordered a new Citroen Relay through Shaun. Easy to get hold of, answers emails quickly. Couldn't have been easier, price was good and everything was arranged quickly. Cant recommend enough. Will definitely use again if I require a new van.”

“I contacted around 10 van brokers/sellers during my search for a Ford Transit Custom and found Shaun at UK Vans Direct to be the best of all. He offered the best price, best service and wasn't pushy. My van was delivered within 2 weeks which was ahead of schedule and was exactly as expected.
