“TookBox deserves no star. I have to click to start this review. I ordered a product on 16/10/2022 #81104. Never reached me. No one is attending calls or chat messaging. No one responding to my emails. All are warned to be careful. Thank you.”

We apologise that you have not recieved your order. we have been responding to your emails, but they may have gone to your junk mail. Due to the delays with the couriers this items delivery was to be a day late. but you had decided to cancel your order. which in turn, took an extra couple of days to arrive back at our warehouse. we could not refund the order until we had recieved the stock back at our warehouse. now that it is back we have fully refunded your order.
