“I ordered a folding garage. One of the pieces did not have two pre-drilled holes, which were meant to be there. I called the next day but one after delivery and was told a replacement piece would be sent out. After more than a week later I still have not received the replacement piece. I'm NOT happy and would not do business again with UK Toolbox.”

“Easy website & payment. Fast delivery, but the parcel was delivered (left) at the wrong address. Fortunately I have nice neighbours who recognised the name on the package. The packaging was also compromised with large holes. Luckily nothing was missing from the package (TNT delivery).”

“Ordered item on bank holiday weekend. Item was shipped on bank holiday Monday and arrived next day. Impressive service. The price of the item was very competitive as well. Highly recommend Toolbox and will use again without hesitation.”

“It didn't start as up as a bad experience. No complaints about the order or delivery. The problem came when we had to return the items, unused and unopened. Customer service gave us an option of returning by a courier of our choice or using their collection service. We paid £75 to get the items collected and it has been 40 days later it still awaiting collection. Numerous attempts of contact have been made, by phone and email and with initial response and promises that it would be picked up in a couple of days and now all response has stopped. That is really upsetting, we feel like we've been robbed!”
