“i placed an order for over £200 on one item. i have had no receipt, no confirmation and worryingly no delivery. tried calling, emailing etc but no response. starting to think this is scam company”

Good Afternoon Fred, Thank you for your review. I believe that one of our staff has spoken to you on the phone earlier this week. You have provided us with incorrect information on your order, and no telephone number. Our confirmation was sent to the email that you had used with the order. as is every confirmation that we send out. the Delivery however has not been made as this product is out of stock. we have tried to get in contact with you, unfortunately, as we were given the incorrect details we had no way to contact you so we advised the accounts department to refund your order. this was actioned only yesterday and as it can take up to 24 hours for a refund to come through to your account. you may not yet have seen it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
