“The delivery service was very fast. I purchased two sun hats in two colours. I am keeping the black one, it looks very classy. I am very pleased with this one. However, had to return the golden one. The gold colour suited me really well but I found the quality disappointing. The sun hat looked different from the photo on the website - the rim was rather creased and some thread were coming out of the hat. I was also surprised to learn that the items were made in China. I did not expect that from an upmarket company like Gottex!”

“Had problem in finding my account as been some time since I have brought a costume thought I had been deleted, but then in creating a new account you still had my email address on your system so that was a bit of a do (not very good on computers) but otherwise managed to order and pay for item well.”

“Unfortunately the swimsuit did not match the online description in that the design of the back was not suitable for the claimed sunbathing opportunity. The design and quality were OK, it just was not what was required, and was returned for repayment.”

“I could not fault the service from this retailer. Website easy to use and delivery very prompt. Unfortunately I had to return the swimsuit which was too big round the bust. Great pity because it was just the style I was looking for and they didn't have a smaller cup size. Back to the drawing board....”

“I was very impressed that my order arrived the day after I'd sent for it. Unfortunately, the item didn't suit and I returned it straight away. Your returns policy is even more impressive. Acknowledgement by email and the money back in my bank within 2weeks. Other companies could learn a lot from you and I hope to purchase more goods from you in the future.”

“The Beach Bag I ordered turned out to be more beautiful than in the picture! I am very happy with it as the colours are so vibrant and they show my true character even on the beach. It is very well made and the material is a strong one. Large enough, especially to hold the bulk of towels, etc., one needs to take to the beach. I just love it! Thank you for sending it to me the very next day of my order; it arrived in perfect condition.”
