“Very friendly man. He just got on with the job with no fuss. Spoke about reaching the plug for fridge and freezer. I said not to pull them out because of the flooring and he explained your stance on this but then he was able to reach the plugs anyway.”

“2nd year we have used UK Safety Management. Their engineer was polite, chatty and helpful. Just make sure you tell them when booking that you don't want your sockets tested.”

“Engineer good, polite, however, he did not explain that certain checks incurred extra fees I.e. socket checks. This should have been explained before proceeding either by the telephone sales rep or by the engineer. We assumed that he could do a quoted amount of checks for a set fee and did not realise that this did not include sockets and the engineer failed to elaborate.”

We aim to provide our customers with a complete service and these additional services are detailed on the confirmation letter we send out.
