engineer brillant. . sales team bit of a nuisance. repeatedly phoned until booking made when told a decision would be made only a month before due date.

Our main priority is to ensure that you get an appointment for when you are due and therefore we tend to call in advance to guarantee we have an engineer available for you on the date required. Your engineer was prompt and efficient and carried out the PAT testing quietly, effectively and competently. Many thanks. One point of concern was the manner for providing initial feedback over the phone once the testing had been completed, this was done with the engineer within earshot of the telephone conversation and had the engineer's performance been poor (which wasn't the case) it would have been awkward to have provided honest feedback. We would suggest this initial call is made once the engineer has left the location?

The reason we make the call whilst the engineer is still on site is so that any issues can be addressed and resolved immediately. If for any reason there is a query that you do not wish to discuss whilst the engineer is on site then we have a highly professional Customer Relations team that you are able to contact. This time it took hours longer than before and we had to wait in the dark until it was finished. This was your third attempt at booking someone to come to us. Plugs for the credit card machines were not put in correctly so customers had to wait while other staff members tried to work out what the problem was. We will probably look to go elsewhere next year.

I thought that you should not ring and ask if everything was alright while the assistant is here as it can be rather difficult if things are not. Through my experience last week the assistant had a very strong body odour which was not at all pleasant and when he asked my to speak to his office I found this very unpleasant and difficult. I do not wish you to let the assistant know that this has come from us for future service.
