Service by the engineer was 100% professional. The after service from the accounts has been somewhat irritating due to constant chasers for payment of the invoice that isn't even due yet.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our engineer this will be passed on to him.  It is very important to us that you receive your certification promptly, we are sorry that you felt you were being chased too quickly for payment.As we have now move to a paperless organisation all invoices are emailed to our clients where possible. I was contacted by Jordon several months ago with a very competitive quote. Having accepted this quote Jordon rang a week before to confirm the appointment. The electrician was efficient and thorough. He moved around the workshop with minimal disruption to our technicians. I will certainly use this service again.

They done the work with some supervision and covered all the items that needed to be tested with minimal interruption.

OVERCHARGED .NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. CERTAIN AMOUNT WAS WITHDRAWN AFTER COMPLAINING AMOUNT. WILL NOT BE USING YOU AGAIN.

I understand that you did have a query with your invoice but this was rectified immediately by a member of our Customer Relations team. We have used UKSM for some years now but this year we had some slight technical issues with the engineer unplugging computers before they had been turned off.....luckily no work was lost but it did cause our IT department an afternoon of unnecessary work.

Arrived 1 week later than booked, despite me calling to confirm on the morning and being told he would be there that afternoon. When the engineer did arrive the service was vey good, very thorough. He was able to talk us though the issues and advise on improvements.

The call staff that I dealt with were, happy, friendly and courteous. They were well informed of your products, really helpful and informative. The operatives that completed the work were also well presented and courteous. Would recommend.
