Pleasant and efficient operative carried out the service and arrived as booked. Initially the first booking was not for a convenient time and we had to rearrange, despite having told them we needed the testing done between 9am and 12 noon. Then, we had to review the testing on the phone immediately after the service before the service man left the building, which was somewhat time-wasting. Then they rang me the next day requesting payment over the phone immediately, I did not do this, for safety and data protection reasons, and paid online from their invoice. I expected 30 days to pay as we are regular customers, but this was not offered. Office staff pushy, service rep was great!

First of all we are very pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the Portable Appliance testing for you. The reason we do the call whilst the engineer is still on site is so that any issues can be dealt with immediately. It is not our intention to push for payment we merely wish to issue you with your certificate as soon as possible, if you discuss your payment terms with our renewals department next year I am sure they will be able to help you. Tony arrived promptly and worked his way systematically through the office equipment and caused minimum disruption. He was friendly without being distracting to staff working. He highlighted a problem of a broken fan that we were unaware of. We would recommend your company.

Excellent service and really great on site staff who go over and above what is required to ensure a superbly delivered process. My only niggle is that I was not told that annual testing is not compulsory however, in saying that I would rather know that we are safe qand compliant.

There service was fine until I said it was expensive and we'd probably look elsewhere next year, at which point I was told they'd be able to do it for a lower price. What about this year! My own fault as I should have negotiated this time around, but it feels like we've just been ripped off and it's left a bitter taste. Its naive i know but shouldn't we just be able to expect their best price without having to haggle! The police is that they'll have no more of our hard earned cash next time.
