“arrived on time introduced himself went through where all points to be tested and went straight to work. informed me when he was finished. checked with me that everything was back in working order before signing job off with office. good job done.”

“Prompt and professional service . We have used them for pat testing equipment within our business premises for the last few years. Only downside we experienced was that they sometime preform tests that you as a customer have not requested and then they bill you for it ie they tested a microwave for radiation leaks and tried to charge £9.99 for doing so ? I said that I did not request the test so they took it off the bill, without question . Just need to specify to the tester on arrival what you have booked.”

“The tests are always done quickly and efficiently and we have used UK Safety Management for a number of years. They don't get 5 stars as they never come on the day they book, sometimes it is weeks early and then to ring up and ask me to pay the next day is pushing it a bit.”

First of all we are very pleased that yet again you were satisfied with the testing that was carried out for you. It is always our aim to carry our the testing on a date that is convenient for the customer and if this is not the case we will always carry out the testing on the date most suitable for yourselves.
