very poor. Not tested main products. Failing products without testing. Testing things that aren't plugged in

The price of testing quoted to us by sales team was not the price on invoice that was sent. Over £50 more! Also items listed on invoice not correct. Contacted Head Office and the price was reduced. They charge twice to test kettle and base (our previous PAT company tested as a whole item so it cannot be a legal requirement to test both and pay for both!) Only changed companies as they quoted a cheaper price, will be using our old company again next year.

Have used for several years and every year we have the same issue. Date booked and instructions are to arrive within a 2hr window due to availability of equipment to be tested. Without fail they have arrived every year outside this window. I've then had to call to rearrange. After the work is completed they then hound you for payment immediately, phonecalls etc. Even before the invoice received!! Wouldn't recommend

First of all please accept my sincere apologies that you did not receive the level of service that we expect all of our customer to receive. It is always our main aim to ensure the appointments are carried out at the most convenient time for our customers and it is unacceptable that this was not the case for yourselves. Notified when pat testing due and appointment booked in advance and a reminder call closer to the time. Gentleman who came was efficient and worked in a way that caused least disruption and ensured everything was still working once he had finished. Very pleasant and friendly young man

The process runs very smoothly every year, using the same engineer Carl minimises any disruption and needs little assistance from staff here on site.

The PAT tester did the checks courtiously, without fuss and we could leave him to get on with it, whilst we got on with other jobs. He checked with us where necessary. We were generally pleased and would use UK Safety Management again.
