“The service is good however we always have problems with the invoice which should be on a monthly account agreed by your company. We have phone calls, letters and demands every year without fail. Notes have been put on the account but it still happens indeed we had a phone call this week and a letter today 24th January. I would have given 3 stars but the service made up for this. The only thing I would add is that this year a fan that was broken i.e., the motor did not work was actually tested and passed which I find odd.”

“UK Safety management did what they said they would. PAT checks done on time to an excellent standard. The engineer was polite and well trained, got about his business in a professional fashion and left all neat, tidy and where necessary switched on.”

“Very good customer service, the advisor remembered me from the previous year. Arrived spot on time, carried out testing swiftly and certificate was issued straight away! Great service, wouldn't use anyone else”
