“Good communication makes the difference, called to check convenient time and after the visit to check we were happy. Lovely bloke that came to do the testing, and very nice to have the same person as last year.”

“The UK Safety representative turned up on time and diligently PAT tested each area after giving ample notice to all PC users that they will need to shut down their workstations for testing. Down time was negligible and no need to shut down servers. A lot of our electrical items will be delivered into hospitals and the NHS insist all items are PAT tested, therefore this is a must. Finished on time and delivered results. No hassle!”

“My Volunteer that was in that day said the gentleman who came was polite and efficient. Very thorough and tidy, put new fuses in the radiators. Pleased with the outcome. Could I have my name changed please it is Moira. Thank you”

“The engineer who did the testing was great but the sales team called several times unaware of other team members having already called us. You also didn't realise that we had used you in previous years including 2016 and were trying to offer us a better deal than our competitors last year - but it was you!”

“The PAT test technician was very professional and polite. He even waited and did an extra PC after his lunch break as one of my colleagues could not take a break from her phonecall to get her desk PAT tested.”
