“Great communications from staff in preparation of work being carried out and received a detailed quote for work to be carried out which is why we went ahead with confirmation. However after work was completed we received invoice for amount that was more than quote as it included additional work that was not on the original quote and which we were unaware of. To be fair when challenged the invoice was then amended to agreed amount.”

We do offer additional services on the day to ensure that we provide a complete test, however, if these are not required as in your case this will be rectified on the invoice immediately. “I think the service delivery was very professional however I only have to PAT test for insurance and not sure it adds much value as a service in terms of safety itslef especially annually.”

“the service by your representative was excellent when he arrived. I had booked an afternoon check up with your company, only to be told at 4pm that he was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be able to make it. I was annoyed at this but accepted it. another appointment was made in which I stipulated that it had to be in the morning (it being the only time I had free), and I was told it would be the first job on the list. when by 10am there was no show, i contacted your office and was told that I was third on the list and it would be in the afternoon. As you will understand I was annoyed and repeated everything that had happened and the promise of one of your office staff, that it would be in the morning. She was helpful and sorted things out and your representative arrived at 10.30am. However this has left "a bad taste" with me and if it happens again I will most likely do what I have done with other companies that have not lived up to their promises, and take my custom elsewhere.”
