He sorted out big tangles of wires and left everything much more tidy. All was tested and worked well. Well qualified to visit our office. Would like reminder of next years appointment in good time.

Good level of service and advice from the gentleman who did the testing. Invoice arrived within 15 mins of the end of visit, but the UK safety management office are now phoning between 6-8 times a day for payment less than 24 hours after the PAT testing has been done. I understand you'd like paying and of course you will but I do think it's pretty rude and unfair to constantly phone so soon after the visit. Hence the poor star rating.

First of all I am pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the Portable Appliance testing. I am very sorry that you feel you were pushed for payment as this is not our intention. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, did not cause any real disruption to the work space, prioritised the right areas (shop floor first and foremost), and left everything orderly, with no mess.

Really quick from start to finish it was about 10 minutes polite and put things back where he found them rather than just leaving them where he was testing.

Very profesional, after original date and time set, received a phone call to confirm, which we liked. Engineer turned up on time on the right date. Engineer left everything as he found it and kept me informed if any of our items failed.

Excellent service by the engineer as always. The only issue is that at 9.30am the following morning I had someone on the phone chasing me for payment. I was going to pay by bacs or over the phone but they beat me to it. Just think it’s a bit extreme chasing for payment by phone instead of forwarding an invoice which is what most companies do.

The actual visit was excellent- same friendly guy as usual- quick & efficient with minimal disruption However the whole experience was spoiled (as usual) by the staff in the call centre! We book for a certain day to ensure that all of our kit is on site-then they repeatedly call trying to bring it forward because they 'have an engineer in the area' despite me asking them (again and again) to put a note on our file- that the day we book is the only day we can do- annoying! This year they also tried to charge us for socket testing- when I said we did not have it done-the response was 'did you not read your agreement' - yes I did- I booked PAT testing only!!! it would be a 5 star service if they just turned up when booked and charged for the actual work that was done!-shame that the excellent service of the engineers is let down by the call centre!
