the man that carried out the pat test was very good , but when the invoice email came i had been charged £39-99 for socket checks.i was not asked if i wanted them checked or informed of any check beforehand .the person i spoke to on the phone the next day said she would take the socket check cost off the bill

First of all I am very pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the testing for you. With regards to the socket testing we try to offer as full a service as possible. I am sorry that you that you were not aware of this service as it is stated on our confirmation letter, however, I am pleased that this was quickly rectified for you by our Customer Relations department. Lee was very polite and respectful of the fact there were surgeries working whilst he was here. He worked around us without causing any disruption, didn't even complain when I turned the light out on him when he was in the cellar!
