“Product as expected. Quick delivery. Only four stars because packaging was not robust enough. The lid of product had become loose and some of contents had emptied into delivery box.”

“Purchased the Brinsea chick heater and housing set. Outstanding service as always! The incubator fits in great with the housing set and keeps the chicks warm and cosy with the ventilated slots in the plastic casing. I have a cat that roams and this has particularly helped put my mind at ease that he can't eat my chicks! I previously had mine in a wired pen but this was messy with bedding and food etc. The mess is contained until they can go in the barn with a bigger pen and light. I am very pleased with the pack. I always buy from this shop and just wish the train services were run like your business - there certainly wouldn't be any late trains! Outstanding every time. Thanks”
