“Very quick service and a brilliant piece of kit. Has taken my chickens a few days to work out the treadle feeder but they've got it now! Not feeding clouds of starlings, sparrows etc now, thankyou!”

“Both items arrived so quickly, packaging was fine, easy enough to assemble, our chickens are struggling with the treadle feeder, must have bird brains! But all fine thank you.”

“The item arrived very quickly and in good order.Without the assembly guidance of the video I think we would still be scratching our heads about it! It was very easy to assemble once we knew what went where. The ladies are very free range but their greed will get the better of them once they realise where the food is! I stuck on a few very small rubber pads to reduce the clanging of the plate.I think those pads you get for self assesmbly units would be just as good. The Hens' Mother”

“The rat proof hen feeder arrived promptly. I was impressed by the one hour window we had when the package was delivered. The only problem I have is that the hens cannot work out how to use it and are alarmed by the noise when they tread on the platform but perhaps they will get the hang of it. I suspect they have very small brains. As far as I know the rats have not figured it out either.”

“When I opened the box I found the screws and instructions were missing so perhaps your quality control could do with a little poke? However when I phoned, the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful, so full marks there then. The fitting was easy but the shape of the coop is not rectangular so the bottom of the hole is actually a little too big I also think it needs a screw top and bottom to reduce stress on the side screws since when a bird jumps on the perch it will cause a pendulum motion about the side screws which will soon pull them out. “Product as expected. Good communication via email. Able to track order. Text received day before delivery. 1 hour time slot given and package was received within that time.
