Hi Mr Jackson, Thank you for the feedback you’ve just left on Reviews.co.uk. I’m sorry that you were unimpressed with the courier and i hope it hasn’t tarnished your reputation of my company. If possible, i would like to obtain some more details about your experience so i can take the relevant action in the future. Hopefully, if i can demonstrate my company’s integrity and willingness to change as a result of feedback, your 3* impression of UK Poultry Supplies may turn into a 5*. From what i can see, you placed your order on our website at 3:38pm on Friday 30th September, choosing the 5 working day delivery service. We dispatched the item on Monday but upgraded it to a Next Working Day courier service, rather than Royal Mail, in order to allow the item to be tracked. From there it was passed to the courier and delivered on Tuesday at 4:30pm. Usually the courier will send a notification email at the beginning of the day of delivery to inform the customer of the ETA. Are you saying that this email arrived with you late? If so, I’ll attempt to investigate exactly what happened. Again, if there are any other suggestions that would improve our service up to the 5* that we strive for, please let me know.
