“The map arrived but I had a problem with it . I emailed you 10 days ago - no reply . I have phoned you three times this week , I have not received the promised return call . I think your after sales service is rubbish and I request my money back”

“This would appear to be the correct map for our planning application. We just had to put in the postcode, select the address and the scale specified by planning and outline the property. It was easy to access and create online, with a variety of scales available and available to print as soon as payment was made.”
