“Site wouldn't allow me to to put a red outline and blue outline together. Each time I tried it moved whichever I used first. Also, the shapes files are not compatible with Mac so couldn't use them.”

“Hi emailed for help never received a reply, map was wrong scale and unable to edit i.e. add features as required by planning department not a good experience poor value poor service should be made very clear on advertising you can only add either blue or red boundaries and that is it, nothing else can be added!”

“System is slick but service is expensive. Cost on internet header is grossly misleading, site plan (an automated extract of location plan) with VAT, is effectively double the cost shown.”

“I was able to achieve all I wanted to via this site. The cost is competitive, and being able to use the drawing tool to annotate the map to suite the planning requirements was a must. It was subsequently accepted by planning and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“I typed the address in and it shows the correct address but the map is at a different location to the house- waste of money!!!”

“My experience was an easy one but I specifically asked if it would be A4 size and was told it would. In fact when I printed it off on A4 paper the map itself was much smaller; more like A5. I need it to attach to an enquiry I have with the Land Registry but I was able to outline the property under enquiry so assume it will fulfill my need. The person who dealt with my call was polite, helpful.”
