“I’m so pleased with the advice I got from the person I spoke to for an initial consultation. He had a very kind and friendly manner while still being thorough and clear about all the details needed, and explained all my options and obligations. I was particularly impressed with how transparent and helpful he was that they may not be the best option for us but kept helping me anyway. Others have tried to shoehorn us into an expensive solution and this company resisted, which makes me trust them much more, to the point where I have kept their details just in case and would definitely recommend calling them if you’re unsure where you stand.”

“I rang today and spoke to Chris. I explained that I was not a potential client as I was just worried about a member of family becoming redundant due to the possible potential of a company going into voluntary liquidation. Chris had no hesitation in explaining things to me and put my mind at rest. He was kind and courteous to an 87 year old lady and asked for no payment so thankyou Chris.”

“My company is in impossible difficulties due to the unexpected increasing controls of a shareholder who seems to wish to retire, and who’s actions are difficult for anyone to understand the logical of: The company cannot trade as he will not agree a settlement to enable his withdrawal, or to allow it to trade. Nor will he permit it to be liquidated. All this and more; creating masses of unpaid work for me, and a complicated legal position which requires a corporate barrister, which I cannot afford. I have already paid to have the company liquidated; however, this was blocked by the shareholder in a vote within the procedure. My work and personal life is being destroyed whilst I am trying to find a resolve and end to the position. Having worked for several months through a logical plan of telephoning the list official organisation who offer free advice, but being still left without a viable solution for closure: I telephoned Chris Bristow feeling exhausted and in truth; permanently ruined in every way. Chris listened carefully to my summary of the position, immediately asked key questions and clearly by these demonstrated his experience and knowledge in relation to the complications of the position and insolvency. Chris then explained a possible route to take and work though to bring the position to a close, and informed of the procedures and risks, all in a clear concise and obviously very experience manner. This information made sense and was a resolve I felt I could work through and achieve and was as such a relief beyond compare. Had I only engaged Chris at the outset as the insolvency practitioner I feel a distressing year wasted would have been avoided. Chris presented as an ethical, honest, professional, and his help yesterday was a testament to that and more, and has I feel given me a realistically achievable route to take back what’s left of my personal and professional life. How can I say more: Chris is an example of person who feeds the power good along with his professional skills to corporate life and society. Deepest thanks. Anita. ( Real name withheld)”
