“I have had three orders so far and the quality is awesome and the price is very reasonable, my only issue is sizing but you have the same issues when you buy from a shop, at least here you can read reviews, keep up the great work!”

“I recently ordered a Dreamgirl Chemise for my partner which arrived as planned. The sizing indicated when ordering was given as Small 1X/2X - Medium 3X/4X and Large. My partner assumed that in UK terms the Small size was 8/10 the Medium 12/14 and the large 16 or greater. This did not work as the Chemise received is much too big so I am returning it in change for the small size. The 'American' sizing is confusing Michael Neil (Order No: 901095”

“They gave me a realistic timeline for buying this bra, as the size was out of stock and, when it turned up, it was well packaged and of the same quality and fit as a previous bra that I had purchased previously in Bluewater shopping complex. The bras are manufactured in Germany and are just the right fit for me so I had been really upset to find that both the lingerie shop in Bluewater and House of Fraser no longer stocked them and, it was with some trepidation, therefore that I ordered it online. I would not hesitate to use UK Lingerie again for further purchases.”

“I am not happy about the length of time I have to wait for a replacement. I ordered a bra and the hook was faulty . I sent it back immediately and got an acknowledgment that it had been received but was told it could take up to 30 days to send an I damaged one? Why??”
